To fix this issue you need to login into your account and click the Update DNS IP button. This will update your IP and make ibDNS work again. This message is NOT caused by a malware or adware. It is showndue to that fact that, at some point, you set up the ibDNS / SmartDNS service from ibvpn.com If you don’t want to continue using ibDNS check the Uninstall section from the setup tutorials

This error is caused by one of the two reasons,

both of which are very easy to resolve

1. Your original IP – from which you set up the ibDNS in the first place – has changed. You are probably assigned a dynamic IP from your ISP.

To fix this issue you need to login into your account and click the Update DNS IP button. This will update your IP and make ibDNS work again.

2. Your subscription has expired and you are unable to access our service. If you have unpaid invoices you may view them by logging into your Client Area.
